Energizing Cucumber Soup

• 1 whole organic cucumber
• 2 c. unsweetened almond milk
• 1/2 tsp. MACA ROOT powder (can increase to 1 tsp. for more “energy“)
Blend and season to taste using sea salt, lemon juice / zest or dill
* even try adding a scoop of plain or vanilla protein powder *
