Drawn from the Ocean of Love and Mercy, born of Light and Sound in the pure positive God Worlds, Soul is a divine and unique particle of the One. Cast from our true home, we have been sent into the coarse matter outer-worlds for experience – to develop a grateful and selfless perspective, something lacking in an otherwise perfect creation. Much like a diver descending into a deep, murky ocean, the pure instrument of Soul, unable to operate in vibrationally dense worlds, has been temporarily gifted protective equipment – sheaths – enabling us to think, feel emotion, acquire wisdom and knowledge, and express itself. We have also each been given the power of choice, with the caveat that all our words, thoughts, and deeds that are untruthful, unnecessary or unkind will return for payment.
While in these lower worlds of polarity, where the pure-positive river has diverged into opposing yet balancing Yin-Yang currents, the overseeing warden – prince of the negative current – has been tasked with Soul’s education. Not yet aware of the ever-present guide within – who is intimately familiar not only with each of us, but with navigating the current in all realms equally – Soul becomes lost. Through fear, it is child’s play for the negative to mislead and manipulate those whose limited beliefs encompass only what illusion can be seen and measured. Through overindulgence in the mindpassions of lust, anger, greed, vanity and attachment, Soul becomes entangled in karmic chains of its own making.
Over thousands of lifetimes, having been refined and sharpened sufficiently on life’s grinding wheel, Soul awakens from the false illusion of identifying with the impermanent forms it occupies.
To be joyous, to connect, and to offset the downward drag of this world, we learn to place our attention on the permanent and real. As the Creator is love, we are love – only love is real. By stilling the outer senses, placing the attention lightly on the third eye, asking Spirit for guidance, and singing the ancient love song to the Creator for which we were named – ‘HU’ – Soul will again discover its true purpose of becoming a coworker with the Source, a divine instrument to give and receive divine love, a love beyond all conditions. ‘Hu’-man means God in Man. Chanting “Huuuuuu” in contemplation for 20 minutes each day in a long, drawn-out manner opens the heart to divine love and reawakens the Spirit-force within, so that we may learn to gracefully and joyously dance to life’s rhythms.
A life without challenges and resistance is a life without growth.
