"There´s a Cow in My Dreams" book is a true story.

You know how it is when you first wake up, your dream can seem so realistic, it feels more like a recent memory than a dream.

"There´s a Cow in My Dreams, saying all is not what it seems," and the rest of the other lines were simply there waiting for me to write them down.

Today those lines have morphed into a beautifully illustrated book and a costumed character who looks just like River the Cow - the same heart on his forehead - accompanies me to my guest visitor appearances at schools and libraries. Monique Martinez´s entrancing art combined with my rhyming prose create a magical, empathy-fostering book.

Very young children love to sing "Twinkle, twinkle little star" in moos (cow language) to River the cow.

Vegan goodies are provided after the program whenever possible.

My purpose in telling you about how a cow really did appear in my dreams with a message for the world about how he was separated from his mum, is to ask you to help River the Cow´s message resound by spreading the word, by giving positive reviews, by asking your local library to stock my books.
