Have you ever tried to sell a house?

Then you probably had some issues like Mary, with potential buyers who walk through your house with mud tracked onto your carpet, back doors left unlocked, or things moved around (or missing). Some sellers like Mary resort to posting signs like “Remove Your Shoes” and “Turn Lights Off Before You Leave.”

As Marketing Agents for Happy Her ald

Realty we take responsibility beyond showing the Seller’s home. When we invite the public to view your home we have a “Property Viewing Etiquette” for everyone. Many agencies feel they shouldn’t do anything that might put potential buyers off, but we ask our Sellers, “What do’s and don’ts would you like us to tell anyone looking at your house?”
