It’s Okay to Feel…

By Liz Sterling
Most people are feeling pulled apart these days: conflicted, unsure, anxious, uncertain about tomorrow’s news, numbers and more naysayers. You name it, we’re feeling it – that’s for sure.

Then there are moments when we’re feeling satisfied, accepting and allowing… just going with the flow and trusting the process.

Some people report that life feels like a roller coaster of emotions and feelings that change day to day and moment to moment.

My goal in writing this article today is two-fold. 1. To accept and be okay with where we are with azll our feelings, and 2. To become aware of our vibration and frequency so we can bring ourselves up as high as possible. Let me explain: if you monitor your emotions for a couple of hours, you will discover that you can choose to upgrade what you are feeling so your frequency can increase. I will also explain why this is important.

Maria Shriver once shared this in her online “Sunday Paper:” She wrote: “The other day, my friend Tom, who is a gifted writer, thinker and feeler, wrote me the note below. I thought it was so observant:

“‘There is an awakening, but it is partial – not just some people and not others, but some parts of ourselves and not other parts. We’re at war within and without – between the new and the old. But I have total faith that we’re moving in the right direction... And yes, the awakening needs us. But it doesn’t need the part of us that says ‘the awakening needs us.’ It needs the humble part that longs to learn, not the arrogant part that wants to teach.’” So let’s be learners right now!

We’ll start with the frequency of our emotions. Let’s look at what this means.

As explained by Abraham in the book, “Ask and It Is Given,” the Emotional Guidance Scale is a scale of our feelings and emotions, in sequence from our highest vibrational feelings to our lowest:

Joy/Appreciation/Empowered/Freedom/Love Passion Enthusiasm/Eagerness/Happiness Positive Expectation/Belief Optimism Hopefulness Contentment Boredom Pessimism Frustration/Irritation/Impatience Overwhelm Disappointment Doubt Worry Blame Discouragement Anger Revenge Hatred/Rage Jealousy Insecurity/Guilt/Unworthiness Fear/Grief/Depression/Despair/Powerlessness As Abraham explains, “To raise your vibration, it is easiest to travel through the emotions from one to the next, rather than try to leap all the way to the top. For example, if you were feeling pessimistic, it would be easier to achieve a vibration that resonated at boredom than it would to shoot all the way to feeling joyful and empowered. From boredom you could then reach for contentment, then hopefulness, and then continue all the way up one step at a time.”

Use the scale above to identify where you are emotionally at any moment. Remember, every emotion is valuable and justified. If you can feel it, you can heal it, so be okay with feeling your feelings. Then you can consider moving yourself up the scale. Your emotions always provide you with clues to let you know what kind of energy you are projecting.

The original source of the information below is from the book “Power Vs. Force,” based on David R. Hawkins’ doctoral thesis.

The reasons for having low vibration can be:

Fatigue (physical or mental) Fear Nervous tension (stress or anxiety) Rage Hate Malnutrition etc. So to vibrate higher we have to make conscious choices like not constantly watching or reading the news or ingesting negative information that lowers our vibrational resonance.

The frequency of the earth today is 27.4 Hz, but there are places that vibrate very low where the vibration drops to 20 Hz, or even less. These include:

Hospitals Nursing homes Jails Bars Casinos Funeral or burial places Basements or underground etc. High voltage electrical wires For humans with low vibration, the immune system can become compromised, and that can render you more vulnerable to disease.

Pain 0.1 to 2 Hz Fear 0.2 to 2.2 Hz Irritation 0.9 to 6.8 Hz Noise 0.6 to 2.2 Hz Pride 0.8 Hz Abandon 1.5 Hz Superiority 1.9 Hz Instead focus on: Generosity 95 Hz True thanks 150 Hz Compassion 150 Hz or more Love of neighbor and all living beings 150 Hz and more Unconditional and universal love from 205 Hz onwards The vibration of prayer ranging from 120 to 350 Hz If you want to learn more, you can get Hawkins’ book, “Power vs. Force.”

Okay, Feel what you’re feeling!

Be okay with it, and then Vibrate Higher!!!

What helps us vibrate high? Loving, Smiling, Laughing, Blessing, Thanking, Playing, Helping, Painting, Singing, Dancing, Meditating, Yoga, Tai Chi, Breathing exercises, Walking in the sun, Exercising, Enjoying nature, Being with friends and family.

Eating food that the Earth gives us: seeds, grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables – and remember eat LESS Processed Foods this year if you can.

Okay friends, time to sing out loud this New Year and remember to laugh, love, meditate, play, give thanks and live your best life now....

The magic to transform is in every moment.

Love, Liz
