Mason Jar Salads

Power Foods For Busy People!

MASON JAR SALADS...Lunch

MADE WITH LEFTOVERS!
Start with the "DRESSING" on the bottom

- Salsa

- Oil/ emon

- Balsalmic Vinegar

Whatever sauce you have readily available. If nothing was left from dinner give a squeeze of something you have in the fridge.



- Leftover chicken, rice, quinoa

- Veggies like raw carrot, red pepper or onion

- Any cooked veggies

- Salad greens or fresh herbs

Stick in the fridge and turn over at lunch and let the juices flow and marinate your delicious leftover lunch!

Get creative adding Mexican, Asian or even Indian flavored using curry, turmeric, garlic and maybe even cinnamon when using fruit and nuts. Getting those ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SPICES IN...

You cannot go wrong... Throw those evening leftovers in a jar and lunch is ready for the next day!!!
